what is the best way to become a poker dealer? do casinos train you on the job or do i take a classes?

i live fairly close to a casino. is it difficult to land one of these jobs? thanks in advance.

cameron 		I'm not too sure about on-the-job training, but I do know that all you really need to become a casino worker, whether it be a dealer of a roulette tender, is moneyhandling experience, whatever that is. Your best bet (rimshot) is to ask a dealer how he/she got the job.
