The +2 in the poker rooms fee for running the game. eg to buy in it will cost you $22, $20 goes to the prize pool and $2 to the poker room

The +2 is the tournament fee and that's how the online site makes their money for tournaments. $20 goes into the prizepool, $2 goes to them.

The total entry fee is $22. $20 goes to the prize pool and $2 is the "juice" that goes to the casino. That's how they make money.

The other responders basically nailed it. The reason tournaments post the fees this way is so entrants know how much of their entry fee is going into the prize pool and how much to the organizers.
