poker situation ?

Some help please on this situation...

I was playing texas hold´ém at home with my family and this happened...

I (player A) went All-in pre flop, player B called, player C called. (3 players in total left in hand)
After the flop player B bet a substantial amount of money (creating a side pot for players B & C) but player C then folded as didn´t want to see this amount. Does player C still compete for the pot involving all 3 players as he called player A´s "all-in" or because he folded is he out of the hand completey? The latter seems unfair as he called player A´s "all-in".

A definitive answer on this would be greatly appreciated. Speculative answers are not necessary.

Thanks

When player C does not call player B his hand is folded i.e. dead and the dealer must take away his cards..Therefore he can take no further part . So as unfair as it may seem he lost his $.
This answer is DEFINITE. I been playing pker 32 years so I'm sure I know the rules but still not sure how to play.....LOL
