how does sportsbook poker still operate in the US?

This site it is still accepting US players and accepts US credit cards. How is this possible after Full Tilt and Poker Stars were shut down?

Davido 		They are not full tilt, UB, or Pokerstars. There are still several sites serving US players. Stay away from sportsbook.com though, as they are well known for ripping off their clients. There are many more reputable options to choose from.
