When will my FullTilt Poker Refer A Friend Program send me my bonus?

I refered my friend to Fulltilt poker about a week ago, and it says after he gets to 500 FPT points we will both recieve a $20 bonus although he is not at 900 FTP points and he reached 500 4 days ago yet neither of us recieved our bonus

when will we?

fullhouse 		Full Tilt Poker has changed is refer a friend program recently and seems to have big delay in payment of this bonus since then.

You can try contacting the support about it.
