What is the best cruise ship for playing texas hold'em poker?

My husband and I are planning to go on a 7-day cruise this summer, preferably from Miami to the Caribbean (but I'm open to other ports and routes). He is not sure he'll like cruises, but he really likes texas hold'em so I am hoping to find a ship that we know has it. Any suggestions? Bonus if the ship doesn't use automatic shufflers for black jack.
