What if the last two poker players are holding two Aces a piece?

In a game of regular poker, what if the last two in the game are both holding two Aces a piece ? Yeah it would never happen. But what if it were the case ?

Do you class regular poker as Texas Hold'em? If so then somebody might hit a flush or they can bluff and pretend they have 3 of a kind if 2 J's come out or something.

They would go all in, most likely chop the pot, and then deal out the next hand.

Assuming neither were able to raise the other out of the pot, it would likely result in a chopped pot unless the winning hand was a flush.

BTW, I've seen this happen in the WSOP at least once, so never say never in poker.

Never happens? I had this happen in a game literally yesterday. Everything that can happen at a poker table eventually will, I can promise you that.

Anyway, it usually results in a split pot, but sometime one player will pick up a flush (which I've been on both winning and losing ends of in this exact situation).
