What do you tip poker dealers?

I've got an original-artwork t-shirt from a gaming conference. I haven't seen anything like it on eBay, but then I don't know if anyone wants such a thing.

twocox 		About 10% would be appropriate. Some do more but most do much less.

montie 		Anywhere from 5% to 15%. The more money you make means that you should leave a larger tip.
