Trying to figure out poker blinds...?

I want to play poker at my local casino and im not sure exactly how it works. I checked the website and it says this.

BUY IN STRUCTURE

No-Limit Games

1-2 N/L $50-$200

1-3 N/L $100-$500

2-5 N/L $200-$1,000

5-10 N/L $500 Min- No limit

So using the first one listed as an example. Does that mean the blinds are 1 and 2 dollars, the min you can bring to the table is 50 dollars and the max is 200?

Thanks for the help.

Ok, well, the first game ( 1-2 N/L $50-$200 ) has

$1/$2 blinds
$50 minimum buy-in
$200 maximum buy-in

The second game ( 1-3 N/L $100-$500 ) has

$1/$3 blinds
$100 minimum buy-in
$500 maximum buy-in

The third game ( 2-5 N/L $200-$1,000 ) has

$2/$5 blinds
$200 minimum buy-in
$1000 maximum buy-in

The fourth game ( 5-10 N/L $500 Min- No limit ) has

$5/$10 blinds
$500 minimum buy-in
No maximum buy-in

But in a nutshell, yea, you were right.

Everyone is either wrong or lying to you. This structure is about leveling the playing field by reducing the amount of over-educated players at the table.

1-2 N/L $50-$200 actually means that everyone at the table must pony up between $50 & $200 to get either 1 or 2 Nerds Leaving. These ultra-smart guys really mess up the game. OBVIOUSLY I am never asked to leave.

Like everyone said "1-2 N/L $50-$200" means $1 small blind $2 big blind with buyins between $50 and $200.

I just wanted to add that if you decide to buy into a limit game, the numbers listed is the betting structure, not the blinds.

The $2 / $4 game I play at the Commerce, the betting preflop and on the flop is in increments of $2 and $4 on the turn and river. That means the blinds are $1 and $2. Confused the hell out of me when I first started playing.

And in regards to the Hawaiian gardens question, it's no. The $1/$2 game is a fixed $40 buy-in. Most of the casinos in the LA area have fixed 20 big blind buy ins. I don't know if it's some gambling law or just the local thing to do.
