Poker Odds Calculator?? What is it about?

Can someone explain me what Poker Odds Calculator does and what it is needed for?

Davidov 		Poker odds are a method of calculating your chances of winning the pot at any one point in time during the hand. Itr is a mathematical probability guide to help you determine whether to fold, bet or raise based on the likelyhood of your improving your hand.

The Poker Odds Calculator is a shor cut to do this as you play.

Why not learn to do it yourself, it is simple and easy.

montie 		if your referring to something you can buy, its probably a waste of money.

The math is quite simple and can be learned in almost any poker book. Besides it something that should be done in your head, not with a calculator on the poker table.

ger2000 		All the ones I have used have been free online...all it does is calculate the odds of winning when you type in what cards you have, what cards you think your opponents have, how many are playing, etc. Then it will calculate, after the flop, after the turn, etc. It's a learning tool...I've never found one that I actually like, the only thing that has taught me anything are the WSOP games you can get for the Playstation, the one that I have is the second one, Tournament Of Champions, it has a really great way of calculating the odds
