twocox 		I had the same problem and here is what happened.
there are 2 fulltiltpoker websites.

fulltiltpoker.com AND fulltiltpoker.com

The ".net" is a play money only software.
The ".com" is also play money but cash as as well!

Simply put go to .com and download that software!

jonbrown 		Why don't you contact Full Tilt customer service. They are usually pretty quick with responses.
