I am not sure I understand the question. But here is a possible answer.

On any site that I have played at (MANY), your chip count (play money) is held in your account. If you leave a table, what chips you have will go back to your account so that when you go to another table they will be available to you.

If playing cash, your account will be debited or credited with your winnings or losings on that table. Once you leave that table, your account will have the money so that when you go to another table that money will be available.

If you are playing at one table and decide to try a second table WITHOUT LEAVING THE FIRST, the you will need more money from your account since debiting or crediting of your account happens AFTER you leave the table.

Hope this was helpful. If not, you can logon to my site http://onestoppoker.com and use the Q&A to ask the question in a little different way.
