I would like to ask anyone's advice on whether i played the following hand correctly ?

It was in the early stages of a S&G / blinds were 15/30 - i had i held 10-4 clubs with 1350 chips. I was in the SB and called a limper - BB checked and the flop was 7D 10H 3C. With top pair i raised 3/4 pot and limper folded / BB called. Turn was a 6H and i raised 3/4 pot again and BB called. River was 4H and with two pairs i raised 3/4 pot again and BB reraised all-in. With 500 chips left i called and he had heart flush (his hole cards were Ace Hearts and 7 Hearts) and i was busted out.
Was my betting and play correct or should i have played that one differently?
