I want to play tournaments on pokerstars, but it says I can't due to government regulations, how do I get aro?

I dont' get this, what can I do to get around this, can I lie and change my adress or something? I see everybody else on the site is still playing

fullhouse 		Everybody else are playing. Unfortunately, they are all not U.S. players. All U.S. players denied. Just gotta have to wait and see what happens. The Poker Player's Alliance is doing all they can for U.S. players' rights to play online. At this moment, we can't do a damn thing about it.
