I play on a free poker site and am trying to learn more about odds on my hand against other people's hands?

I'm looking for a website that will look at my cards and the flop in Texas Hold'em and give me the odds of my hand against any combination of cards in my opponents hand or hands. I'm not looking for a face up odds calculator only my 2 cards and the flop. Anyone have a website or advice? Thanks.

When playing poker and trying to win money, the odds are 50/50, you either win or lose. You may think poker is a game of math, but it is only basic math. You need a combonation of skills to win money.

Forget about online calculators and learn to do it yourself. Playing poker is not just about playing the cards, it is also about playing the players and understanding how they play. If you are spending your time using a calculator program, you will not fully develop your skills as a player.

Here is a link to a page full or articles on Texas Holdem that includes an article on Poker hand odds and how to calculate your percentages. This should help you out.

If you learn the game by practicing and practicing some more, you will gain the skills you need to win, and not rely on a computer program.

Good luck!

Here's one of those on-line calculators that LegFuJohnson was talking about. (You have to input your cards yourself, though, and then it tells you the odds against another hand.)

There are plenty of odds calculators out there. I'm pretty sure you can use "random" cards for others hands, you don't have to pick them specifically.
