How do I turn off Poker for my blackberry?

I have a blackberry curve 8530 and I'm trying to close Texas Hold 'Em so it won't drain my battery. I haven't been able to turn it off at all! All the other apps and games have the option to turn it off if you press the blackberry button or you're able to click on 'close' in the actual game. However, for Poker, nothing comes up when I press the blackberry button. How do I turn it off???
