Yeah, most poker rooms offer freerolls. For a real time updated list of freerolls at the top online poker rooms go to http://www.onlinepokerads.net/freerollschedule.htm and also go to http://www.onlinepokerads.net/privatetournaments.htm for a list of private freeroll and money added tournaments.

Yes. Your best bet for freerolls are either Cake Poker or Cellsino Poker. Both offer a ton of freerolls. Cellsino is more catered to newer players though, so if you are just starting out that may be a better bet. Cellsino offers at least one per hour, and often more. These are smaller with entry caps so players have a better chance to win. Cake offers less freerolls with higher prize pools, but many more people are allowed to enter so it is harder to win. UPB rates both of them well.

There are sites that will give you free money usually $50 to play with at the leading online poker rooms (Full Tilt, Pokerstars etc.). http://www.pokerstrategy.com/uIVQI3 is such a site they provide strategy articles, videos and live coaching sessions. It is free to join and they also provide a free $50 to start providing you can pass their poker quiz. If you are serious about getting good then this is an ideal place to start. They also offer rakeback as well. Their coaches are big winners in the online games.

Unforunately they dont accept americans so If you are american you can also try http://www.freepokercash.org

Tournaments like such are called as freerolls. It is basically an invitational tournament meant to attract new players and doesn’t require real money although it pays out real prize money to the winner.
Particularly for those who don’t have much tournament-playing experience, free-roll tournaments are really a lot of fun and very low-risk. There’s no risk of losing any money. http://www.casinoscorner.com/, features some top poker rooms like full tilt and Poker stars which offer
freerolls.
Also please look out for Rakeback option in case you want to sign in.

Poker sites usually offer "Freeroll Tournaments", where you can enter for free and possibly win real money. There are usually several hundred entrants (even over one thousand players in many cases), so winning more than a few bucks is very difficult and very time consuming.

Of course, you're winning something for nothing (but your time), so it may be worth it especially if you are trying to get money on the site without using your credit card or sending your bank information to the site.

Professional poker player Chris "Jesus" Ferguson famously parlayed freeroll winnings into well over $10,000 on Full Tilt (the highest point was something like $100k). You can read the article below for more info.

Just keep in mind that poker sites like to keep players under a microscope when they get money on the site in unconventional ways. If you rally your winnings to a few thousand dollars and then try to make a withdrawal, they will be suspicious because you have never used a credit card. You may end up waiting a little longer for the withdrawal to clear.

Full Tilt has lots of freerolls. If you want to get money for "free", I would use the registration link below.
