The spades total 14
no suit were missing
- so there were 2 spades and 1 of every other suit

The odd and even totals were equal
- so there were two odd cards and three even cards

The spades total 14
The red cards totaled 10
- the two reds must have both been even, the two spades odd
- two odd spades that total 14 must be 9 and 5, no other combo fits
- the club must have been the 4
- two even red cards that total ten could be 8,2 or 6,4. The lowest card must be a heart, and since we already have a 4 it must be the 2

So the hand was
4c,2h,8d,5s,9s

Using clue b,
odd + odd = even
even + even = even
There must be 2 odds and 3 evens, for the totals to be equal.

If the lowest card is a heart, and the reds total to 10,
Let us assume the heart is a 2.
This means the diamond is an 8.

There must be at least 2 spades that when added equal 14.
Since 2 of the even cards have already been decided, that means both of these cards must be odd. 5 and 9 seem to fit nicely here.

This means that there is 1 club. Since the totals of odds and evens must be the same, and we have already found the odd cards, the club has to be a 4.

Final answer:
2 of hearts
4 of clubs
5 of spades
9 of spades
8 of diamonds

Great Problem!
